1. Eligibility for Refund

  • If you attend the first 4 classes and feel that the course is not valuable, does not meet your expectations, or you are not satisfied, you are eligible for a 100% refund of your course fee.

  • No questions asked – your satisfaction is our priority.

2. Conditions for Refund

  • Refund requests must be made within the first 4 classes of the course.

  • After attending 4 classes, no refund will be issued under any circumstances, even if you:

    • Stop attending classes,

    • Decide not to continue, or

    • Claim that you never joined.

👉 Students have 4 classes to evaluate the course and make a decision.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • To request a refund, please contact our Support Team through the official WhatsApp numbers provided on our website.

  • Once your request is verified, the refund will be processed to the same payment method you used during enrollment.

4. Processing Time

Refunds are usually processed within 7 working days, depending on the payment method and bank procedures.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued:

  • After 4 classes have been completed.

  • If the student voluntarily stops attending without informing the support team within the refund window.

  • For partial course completion or personal reasons outside our policy.
